Musician, artist, gardener, and craftsman, facilitator Grae Harbinger began his yoga practice 15 years ago in the vibrant heart of San Diego. Instantly captivated by the profound beauty and depth of Yoga, he discovered not only a physical practice, but
a spiritual awakening that filled his soul with light and purpose.
Driven by this passion, Grae courageously set forth on a remarkable adventure across the country, seeking out the wisest masters and most enlightened teachers to deepen his understanding and hone his craft. After years of absorbing the wisdom of countless traditions—immersing himself in the flowing rhythms of Vinyasa, the grounding stability of Hatha, the awakening power of Kundalini, and the soulful devotion of Bhakti—Grae has returned to his roots. Now, with a heart full of gratitude and a spirit blazing with knowledge, he stands ready to share the joy, connection, and enlightenment he has garnered from his travels, eager to guide others on their own paths to self-discovery and fulfillment.

Meditation and Mindfulness
Meditation is the practice of focusing and redirecting our thoughts. Proven to reduce stress, control anxieties and promote emotional health, mindfulness may increase gratitude and kindness.
Meditating in nature additionally redirects your senses to experience your environment, rather than exploring your internal universe. This includes experiencing the wind touching your skin, the temperatures changing slightly with the turn of the sun, and the sounds of birds singing or touching the leaves .
Experiencing nature reminds us that everything is connected and we are part of all natural cycles amid the impermanence of good and bad experiences.

Join us every Wednesday evening for Meditation practice at all levels of experience, including beginners.
Facilitator Teresa Wells will guide us through practice and exploration including sound healing. Understanding how our minds work can lead to more peace in our day-to-day life and strengthen the immune system.
Teresa is an ordained Buddhist monk and teacher of meditation at the Dharma Center in San Diego. She specializes in how music, vibrational frequencies and sound impact the mind and body. She has studied the teachings of Buddha, Yogananda, Gangji, Mooji, Rama and the Theosophical Society.
Free. We welcome donations to be shared by the facilitator and SFRC.
“Mindfulness is the awareness that emerges through paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgementally, to the unfolding of experience moment by moment. It is a turning towards life…. .”
